About me

My name is Emma, and I have always loved all things babies and birth — even before I had my own children. I came into doula work purely by chance, but I have truly found my calling and cannot imagine doing anything else. I am deeply aware that this is one of the most vulnerable times in your life, and I feel privileged to be chosen to hold your hand and support you throughout this incredibly special journey.

I am able to support you throughout your pregnancy, labour, birth, and the fourth trimester. I can help you become informed and prepared for each stage of your journey by providing practical, informational, physical, and emotional support to you and your family.

I would love to support you in having a birth where you feel in control every step of the way. I can help you learn how physiological birth works and how both you and your birth partner can best support that process. This can be achieved through our antenatal sessions, as well as through my hypnobirthing offering.

I am particularly well known within South East London for offering a bespoke, caring, and nurturing night doula service. If you are looking for someone you can trust to care for not only your baby overnight, but you too, then I would love to support you.

I am a 5-star rated doula on Google.

I live in Sidcup, Kent, with my husband and three children. I love good food, date nights, brunches with the girls, walks in the woods with my family, and laughing!

I attended the Younique Postnatal Doula Preparation Course in November 2021 and am recognised with Doula UK. I am also a NCT trained Birth Doula, I undertook this training at the University of Worcester. In January 2026 I became a qualified hypnobirthing teacher with Rise & Glow Hypnobirthing.
