Prices and packages

I am fully insured, hold a DBS certificate and Ofsted Paediatric first aid trained. I am a recognised Birth and Postnatal Doula with Doula UK and I trained with the NCT to become a birth doula. I am fully approved with Carrot insurance. I am experienced in postnatal care including supporting breastfeeding and have supported twin births, home births, induction births and C section births. I am also a qualified hypbobirthing teacher and I offer in person one to one sessions in the comfort of your own home or group sessions in Sidcup, Chislehurst & Orpington.

Birth Doula - £1800.00

I will provide support by:

  • An introductory meeting

  • A basket of treats that I bring along to our 1st antenatal visit

  • Use of birth tools including a tens machine, birth comb, aromatherapy diffuser, galaxy light, books.

  • 2 antenatal visits (more if needed) where we will talk about labour and birth, home birth, comfort measures, induction methods, caesarean birth, your birth plan, the fourth trimester, what to pack in your bag if you are having a hospital birth and anything else that you would like to discuss.

  • Being available via Whatsapp from the time of booking until 6 weeks after birth

  • Being on call for two weeks before your estimated due date and up until your baby arrives

  • Staying with you during labour and after the birth to ensure you and your new family are settled including breastfeeding support, support with showering post birth should you be able to / wish to do so.

  • Providing WhatsApp support in the important early days for up to 6 weeks.

  • 1 birth reflections session & postpartum visit (up to 2 hours) within 6 weeks of birth.

  • I have supported births at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, PRUH, Darent Valley and Home Births.

Postnatal Doula Support - £35 per hour

These can be booked as short term or one off visits and can be offered in morning or afternoon slots. I work for a minimum of 2 hours and you can book as you feel you need. I can take care of baby whilst you rest, spend time with siblings, work or practise self care. I can prepare your dinner or lunch, do some light housework, support your breastfeeding journey or offer a listening ear.


Postnatal Doula Support Package - welcome home - 12 hours - £400.00

  • Package of 12 hours to be booked as soon after your baby is born as you would like.

  • Visits generally are for about 3 to 4 hours in duration from 10am-2pm. Dates can be confirmed on a week by week basis to allow for flexibility

  • Unlimited Whatsapp should you have any questions or need any support between visits.

  • 2 hour postnatal planning session so that I can learn how to best support you and your family.

Overnight Support - Hospital - £40 per hour

Should you have a c-section or need to stay in hospital overnight post birth, your birth partner may need to return home for rest or to take care of siblings leaving you alone on a busy postnatal ward. I can take over your care and make sure you have one to one support throughout the night, to pass you baby to feed, support with breastfeeding, changing and settling baby, making sure you are nourished hydrated and able to rest.

Night Doula - £40 per hour

Antenatal Session - £100

A 2 hour session in your home where we will talk through labour and birth and prepare you by thinking about your birth plan, talk through any questions you may have and discuss comfort measures. You may like to add a postnatal planning session to this where we can talk about those early days and feeding / breastfeeding to help you feel more prepared for your new arrival.

Shared Care Package - £2650.00

I also offer doula support as a shared care package if you would like me to be your doula but I am not fully available for the on-call period. This means that you will have two doulas looking after you and have the advantage of calling on both of our expertise from the moment you decide to work with us. My shared care doulas are Lyddie & Andrea who I personally know and have worked with. You get to know both of us as we share the antenatal sessions and we share the on-call period giving you complete peace of mind that one of us will be with you when you call us to your birth.

Ultimate shared care birth doula package includes;

4 sessions (8 hours) covering antenatal education, personalised hypnobirthing and birth mindset work as we build our relationship and prepare for your birth and postpartum.

On call labour and support.

Virtual support from booking until 6 weeks postpartum.

I ask for 50% deposit of my packages to book and guarantee my availability.

I can also arrange support and services within the local area such as lactation consultant, postnatal massage, baby massage, placenta encapsulation. I also keep up to date with local classes and events for new parents and babies.

I cover an approximate 8 mile radius (but please do call me if you live a little further than this as I am happy to see if it is workable) from DA15 and all travel costs are included apart from parking costs.
